In a report issued in February, the Texas affiliate of the National Rifle Association joined the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas and the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition “to spotlight unlawful, unnecessary governmental encroachment on average law-abiding citizens.”
And what should be done with "defiant" servants?
This is chilling:
The presumption of innocence does not make the person innocent.Uh, yeah it does, Mr. Rosenthal, legally, anyway, which is what you're supposed to concern yourself with. The burden of proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt rests with you.
This looks like calculated harassment, dragging gun owners into court, intimidating them with threats and mounting legal costs into a surrender, and ceding to the judiciary the undelegated power to become a de facto government travel authorization agency, as this Tim Curry creature would submit his countrymen to.
It's nice to see the ACLU come around at least in this small way, especially considering the organization's traditional subversion of RKBA. It's also nice to be able to spotlight a positive action from NRA that deserves our support.

Gentlemen, we need some email addresses. Rosenthal, Rick Perry, the leaders in the Texas Legislature, FBI, NRA, ACLU (these last two just the chapters doing the work)
Then we need to send each of them the code as displayed by E.David about Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law and remind them that they can under law be executed for what they are doing.
All the while pushing for someone to take up the mantle of justice and prosecute these traitors.
They are already more than aware of it SA. But, they think that we are stupid sheeple that are asleep. As well as, that they are above the law. That they ARE the law.
I've seen some positive signs of change lately. But, we will still have the old hangers on. The ones who will not voluntarily relinquish their imaginary grasp of 'power'. Those types generally have to learn the hard way. If you know what I mean......
Now if there were some very rude awakenings set as examples. They might just 'get it' and resume their assigned roles as SERVANTS. I'll leave it to everyone's imagination as to just what type of "examples" need setting....
