A corrections officer at the Hudson County Jail has been charged with giving a handcuff key to an inmate who was scheduled to be moved to a state prison facility.Hey, what with the cigarettes, contraband and cell phone, it sounds like he was just taking care of a special customer. I wonder if they offer a "Buy One Only One Get One Free" deal?
Maybe that explains why they returned my letter to Wayne Fincher that included writing paper, envelopes and stamps. I didn't realize I was competing against a preferred vendor...
