Carlisle Police Chief Stephen Margeson suggested a guilty plea to a lesser charge might be appropriate.

Hasn't the Supreme Court already ruled on this issue? Or did they just say that videotaping the cops wasn't obstruction?
This kind of thing just makes me so mad I don't know what to say without advocating bad things.
It's so backwards.... instead of public servants working for us, we live at their mercy.
