We're the Only Ones Making it Better Enough

"It's not stopping anyone from purchasing a gun, it's that they're going to wait a few extra days to get that gun," said Trooper Linette Quinn, a state police spokeswoman. "It's not that we're trying to hurt anybody's sales or anything - it's an update to the system. It's only going to make it better."

"Better" being defined as not being able to get a gun when they want one.

"Better" as in not being able to get one when you NEED one, as in the Bonnie Elsmari case in Wisconsin.

I would like to know by what legitimate authority they can freeze commerce statewide, deny inalienable rights statewide, disrupt livelihoods statewide, and increase the risk of death by criminal activity statewide, because they are derelict in accomplishing their own duties.

I would like to see a lawsuit based on the above. See if we couldn't really make it better.
