Stealing police evidence is a felony. Selling firearms without a federal firearms license is a felony at the state level and a felony at the federal level. Why does he get misdemeanors? Because he's a government employee and thus above the law forced down the throats of We The People.
Every day, there's more reason in the news to despise government. Corruption is now a fixed way of life in law enforcement.
