Yes, it's time to act! Lord knows nothing has been done in the UK to date--it's like a virgin field of snow, with nary a track to be seen.

Wonder if Lisa ever thought to check her kids backpacks.
Maybe she could start a trend of all the parents taking responsibility for their kids, a novel concept to some parents.
