We're the Only Ones Having One for the Road Enough

A police officer charged with drunken driving in a car wreck that killed two men and injured a third was assigned to desk duty pending an internal investigation, a police spokesman said Friday.
I'm wondering if that misdemeanor charge isn't a little harsh--after all, he is an "Only One." But I do appreciate that the original police report was changed.

Ok, one more time, unless you still don't get it. This is Illinois. More precisely, Chicago.

When we have a task force that intimidates, beats, tortures, extorts, and even kills citizens, we don't put them in prison, we split them up. We don't give their names, it's only an investigation.

Only a DUI, go to your homes...there's nothing to see here.

How many times do I have to tell ya?

Markie Marxist sez: "It's outrageous that someone who takes a paycheck from the government was even charged. Immunity from prosecution is supposed to be one of the perks of being a de facto Marxist. Of course, the prosecutor can always drop the charges later for lack of evidence."

I wonder if the charge of vehicular homicide has been repealed in Illinois. Gee, what a tolerant place.
