A former Oakland police officer is facing the possibility of a prison term after a Sonoma County judge said he was considering new information before sentencing him on gun-related charges...
Previously the judge in the case indicated he would probably order probation or county jail time instead of state prison.
Yeah, I'm sure if a non-"Only One" were "guilty [of] felony assault with a deadly weapon and a gun enhancement" and had a criminal record for previously doing something "strikingly [HA!] similar," probation would be on the table for us, too.
Hey, anything's possible.
