No, I don't choose them, they're assigned. And I'm not allowed to ask anyone to click on them.
I've decided to give it a try and see if it's worth the space and making my motives suspect for this shameless abasement before Mammon. I don't know if I'll let them stay or not.
In the mean time, anybody who doesn't like it can have 100% of their money back.

I wouldn't have known about them if you hadn't mentioned it since I run Firefox with the Adblock Plus extension. I tried IE, and sure enough, they're there. It's interesting to see what ads Google chose.
I think you should give 200% money back. It's only fair. If I don't get my refund I'm only going to read WoG twice a day instead of my normal six.
Plus, folks should know if they are going to click on them, they should only do so ONCE PER DAY. Otherwise it makes it look like David is asking readers to.
I'll be doing so daily.
I hadn't noticed 'till ya mentioned it. Guess I have a mental add block.

I run Firefox with JavaScript disabled, and no ads appear for me either.

If you disabled active scripting in the Internet zone, I bet they'd disappear from IE too.
