An Illinois State trooper had the handcuffs slapped on him when he was arrested Thursday on one count of theft and three counts of official misconduct.Notice how, when it's a crime against the state, as opposed to mere citizens, releasing the errant "Only One's" name is no problem? And the "property" vs. "plunder" debate notwithstanding, how the same folks who wouldn't bat an eye at confiscating yours sure seem to keep a jealous eye on theirs...?
