Residents of fast growing areas in Bexar County are complaining of packs of wild dogs running loose down streets, and menacing children at school bus stops, 1200 WOAI news reports.
Why is this news? Why hasn't a citizen taken care of this, and the hell with waiting for the government to save everybody?
Since when do humans take a back seat to animals? This is a betrayal of every brave soul who ever used a rock, stick, club, spear, arrow or bullet to establish just who is who on this planet.
