A college campus outside Roanoke, Va., continued under a lockdown situation Tuesday as police searched for a suspicious white man spotted by a housekeeper carrying a handgun in one of the college dorms.

I like the part about Personal Responsibility just about the weapons section. I would think that carrying a handgun is being responsible for ones own safety.
They've even got their Eloi Training Protocols in place:

A MS Community College is on lockdown after a kid committed suicide today. The statement I heard today, "No one knows how he got a gun into his room." Seriously. It's against policy you know.
