Lou Dobbs Tonight?

My info says they'll be talking Olofson at some point. I won't be able to verify that until it airs.

Check your local listings and let's hope this proves out.

Following the broadcast, I sent Mr. Dobbs this email, I urge you all to do likewise:

Mr. Dobbs, I have previously emailed you on the Olofson case, urging
you to research the modus operandi of the BATFE, knowing that if you
do, your respect for them will turn to contempt. Your integrity would
allow you no other response.

However, though this missive pertains to the Olofson case it is a
response on a different tack.

I watched today as you asked this question, somewhat paraphrased "Are
these people crazy?", referring to the BATFE, the judge and the
prosecutors. You asked this question of your correspondent and
Olofson's attorney. You received non-answers from Olofson's attorney,
(after all, he doesn't want to lose every subsequent case he pleads
before this judge), and a somewhat mild response from your
correspondent, (after all, he can't afford to lose his access).

I can answer that question for you.

No. They are not crazy, they are treasonous.

However, treason charges cannot be brought against them for the obvious
reason that they belong to the "club" and will be protected.

Following is my comment on this website; http://waronguns.blogspot.
com/search?updated-max=2008-05-10T10%3A50%3A00-04%3A00 on a thread on
May 09, 2008.

Please note, that this prediction was made prior to yesterday's May
13, 2008 sentencing. It was not difficult to correctly predict what
Judge Clevert was going to do. He had already telegraphed his
intentions to help railroad an innocent man into prison, for reasons
that I explain.

My comment: " straightarrow said...
I think Olofson's only hope is on appeal after sentencing. I do not
believe Clevert will order a new trial.

My reasons are thus; He could have dismissed the charges when evidence
was presented that the agency retested the rifle with "soft primered"
ammo after first determining and documenting that the rifle was just a
rifle. He did not.

He could have ordered the letter to Olympic be produced for his
perusal in chambers to determine for himself if the evidence was
inadmissable due to private tax information. He did not.

Had he been interested in presiding over a fair trial in the pursuit
of justice, he could have done either of these things, he chose to do
neither, which connotes to me that justice and a fair trial were the
farthest things from his mind.

I hope I am wrong, but I think Clevert has already shown his
predisposition to aid in railroading an innocent man. As he faces no
penalty for his behavior, no matter how egregious, I think he most
likely will continue in the same mode, hoping that Olofson will be
financially ruined beyond the ability to mount a successful appeal.

I will gladly eat these words, if I am proven wrong by events. I hope
I have to do so. But I doubt it will happen.

I urge you ,Mr. Dobbs, to not let more current events push this out of
the light into the shadow of time and the obscurity of the short term
memory of the public.

The BATFE is the only federal agency is the only agency I know of
whose charter requires them to violate the constitution of the nation,
and one of only a few staffed almost solely by thugs who never
experience consequences for their illegal and unconsitutional actions.

Please do not let this issue die for the lack of nutritious sunlight.

Respectfully,
