He has a couple more about the Wayne Fincher case:
I think the Supreme Court ought to answer the following two questions:Do you really want to leave the United States without any in-depth defense, and a lightly armed, law-abiding citizenry unable to effectively resist an attacking force?
Are you willing to see the possibility of the United States invaded and overthrown because the body of law-abiding citizens, who wish to form lawful, unorganized militias for the sole purpose of community and national defense, cannot match the firepower of an invading army?
And here I thought our job as citizens in terms of responding to national crises was to shop...

Brother,
If the role of today's American citizens is to serve as the last line of defense against an invading army, then the Nation is "boned".
Face it: as long as the occupiers leave them a modicum of "bread" and plenty of "circuses", the vast majority of our fellow citizens wouldn't care if the Mongolians landed on our shores tomorrow.
The great American experiment in self-governance and republicanism is almost over. All that grew out of the fertile soil of that experiment, including the ideal of a self-regulating armed citizenry, is on a slow train to extinction. The only option left for those who wish to maintain the embers of liberty alive is secession and re-formation of the Republic.
LOL! This is all most too funny. The very people who are after our guns are the invaders. They work for the folks who want a one world order.
What a way to try and sidetrack the sheep. And from a USSC judge. You have to give them credit for trying to pull the wool over the citizens eyes.
