This is a placeholder for now because I have not had ads on this blog for years. In case I ever start up again, this will be the policy in effect:
The FTC has some fool nonsense rules about ads on blogs or some such and presumes authority over the First Amendment to compel the unfunded mandate that we who earn ad revenues make some kind of disclosure so you don't think we're getting paid to say nice things about people or God knows what, meaning they must think you're stupid, too. I have had a few ads on this site in the past and may do so again if I think it's worth a try. Combined, I probably couldn't buy a box of good cigars each year, let alone a bottle of George T. Stagg, and that is somehow supposed to compromise my morality to force me to say nice things about products and services I don't mean simply in exchange for filthy lucre. If you believe that, leave now--you're not smart enough to be here. Bottom line, aside from welcoming a sponsor, I will do no posts related to their products or services, or reviews of what they offer.
About "The Only Ones"
The purpose of this feature has never been to bash cops. The only reason I do this is to amass a credible body of evidence to present when those who would deny our right to keep and bear arms use the argument that only government enforcers are professional and trained enough to do so safely and responsibly. And it's also used to illustrate when those of official status, rank or privilege, both in law enforcement and in some other government position, get special breaks not available to we commoners, particularly (but not exclusively) when they're involved in gun-related incidents.
Comment House Rules
Keep them on topic. No spam. No threats against anyone except me. Do not feed trolls--I'll take out the trash. Try to keep it clean. I'm the final arbiter. If you don't like the rules, start your own damn blog.
Link Policy
WarOnGuns reciprocates links with liberty-oriented sites promoting the right to keep and bear arms for all peaceable individuals. If you have linked to me and don't see your site below, it's probably just because I haven't noticed it yet. Shoot me an email via the "Contact Form" (see above in this sidebar) if you want to fix that.
As a general rule I remove links for blogs that have been inactive for over one year.
That's about par for the course. Let some info about how your agency is demonizing freedom lovers and the militia, which is the only pre-existing entity actually recognized by the Constitution, other than, "the People", and the mouthpiece says, "some of our troopers have been shot by these people"...well, what about the CITIZENS shot by your troopers, oh-venerable-ONLY ONES????
The Mo.Highway Patrol, in the 90's were caught videotaping in the ladies room of their stations, and also videotaped and recorded conversations of other employees, w/o their permission,or knowledge. After all the brahouha died down, two troopers lost their jobs, and the bigwigs who started it were reprimanded. Seems they conducted their own investigation. There were similiar incidents in the 70's and 80's. They look impeccable and starched in their uniforms, all of them over 6ft. They are as base and prone to corruption as any you can name.
You didn't really think he was going to admit his treason, did you. Holtz is worse than a liar, worse than an abusive cop, he is a traitor.
There are penalties for it. However, as we have learned, or at least should have by now, it will be up to the public to apply those penalties, because their comrades in treason are never going to do so.
I further point out that this has been going on a long time, MIAC is just the latest in a long list. I am not the first to note this next, but one should also note that never in any of these assessments were any Democrat or Republican operatives or organizations listed as a cause for suspicion, no matter which has been in power over the last 30 years. Why? Would be a good question.
Simple, there is commonality of goals between the two. The only real argument or disagreement between them is the split of the spoils.

...several people displaying the Revolutionary War-replica “Don’t Tread On Me” flag were upset to learn the MIAC report lists the banner as a “militia symbol.”
The First Amendment is about to be "SAYONARA" soon too, based on the excrement in this so called "militia report".
Looks like 1984 came 25 years late, folks.
Only difference to that and "Fahrenheit 451" is that we won't be sitting around for the fascist thugs to pick off one by one. We will defend our country, our traditions, and our heritage.

These guys make me wanna puke!
As was overheard at a gun show, what makes the gov't think it's the only one making lists?

Thoughtcrime does not entail death. Thoughtcrime IS death.
Note the investigation's length before attributing responsibility to anyone particular regime head in particular.
