Here it is, folks, and it is bad news. The framework for legislation is always laid, and the Democrats have the votes to pass anything they want to impose upon us. [More]I didn't know Alan Korwin was posting on Infowars. Anyway, he gives us his take on things to come, and they ain't pretty.

Simply put: They can ban all the guns they want but case law, Marbury V Madison says it all:
Any law repugnant to the Constitution is null and void as if it had never been passed.
Then there's that pesky little problem of actually collecting the ones they've banned....
"[Federal] gun bans will impact our freedoms under search and seizure, due process, confiscated property, states’ rights, free speech, right to assemble and more."
For three to ten days, maybe. Possibly three weeks. We're not going to surrender our semi-autos and other evil guns, shrug and put another shrimp on the barbie, join our mates at the pub for a pint and a spirited round of bull about what we SHOULD'VE done.
"forward grip or barrel shroud."
Hey look what made a comeback.
Wonder if they'll actually know what a barrel shroud is this time?

Holy Jebus,
They have 46% of what I own on there - including glock 17 and glock 27.
Take a look at this and see if it doesn't cover some of your semi-auto pistols.
A semiautomatic pistol that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine, and has:
. . .
(iv) can accept a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip,
Think interchangeability of glock mags between subcompact and standard models.
This is just comical. I half hope that they get what they want.
they will not ban guns cause there scared of the people, to put it simply, they ban guns, guns will ban them.
