I'd bet at least a dollar all the charges of those arrested will be plead down to nothing more serious than peeing your name in the sand before its all over.
Well, Robert, that might work if everyone wanted to bow down and kiss the official feet - not to mention wasting all that time and money.
How about this: leave people alone unless they are actively trying to harm others. Then leave those others alone to defend themselves.
