I read in the article that he's complaining about not getting a second chance, per Daley, and that felons are working in the dept. and he's "not one of those". The bum is rapist in training, whining about his "rights". When it is my turn, restraint is not going to be in my method.
Why is he not on a sex offenders registry? Oh,.....that's right.
