Well, lucky for him that he doesn't live in England.
All of these measures would be deemed "offensive", especially the barbed wire, which is considered a threat to robbers under Health and Safety Regulations.
Don't even get me started on what the Limeys would say about the axe...
Hmmm. I'm guessing such a home would be "illegal" in many places in America now, since it is "fortified" and would prevent the government-employed murderers of the War on (some) Drugs from safely breaking into the home.
If his entry-ways are "fortified", he'd be a felon if he lived in Oklahoma.
