Why hasn't the judge just dismissed the charges with prejudice. Doesn't he have to be wondering how and why the FBI filed charges when they don't know anything about the issue?

An honest judge would have dismissed the charges and sanctioned the FBI for this farce.

I'm sure they did too, snake. I did qualify that with "an honest judge". Which seem to be in very short supply.

I mean, Hell, we have a traitorous judge here in Arkansas by the name of Jimm Larry Hendren. They picked him well, he never met a jackboot whose boots he wouldn't lick.
