But wait! Isn't perjury a felony?
Why isn't this award winning former officer under arrest for felony perjury? Why isn't he being prosecuted to the full extent of the law?
Perjury is a felony. It appears that the relocation to another state my be a deliberate strategy to avoid prosecution in his former state of residence. Isn't interstate flight to avoid prosecution a Federal offense?
