I've said it before, some people simply shouldn't have guns. But aside from either putting them under custodial care or removing them from society altogether, I just don't see what you can do about it that won't mess with those of us who have no problem being free and responsible human beings.
The truth is, some people shouldn't have telephones.
Some people shouldn't have chocolate bunnies.
Just how low of a bar setting are we willing to tolerate?
