Why yes, we do.
Thing is, there already are laws in many locales that interfere with our ability to "legally" transfer arms to our heirs--either because of permitting "requirements" or because of banned grandfathered weapons.
We all know what we've got to do in those situations, don't we?
The only danger is, some future historian might try to make the case that because guns aren't showing up in probate records, they must not really have been all that prevalent. Just before he claimed the dog ate his homework or whatever...
