The War on Drugs is definitely a big scam. Prohibition doesn't stop usage and commerce, it just makes it a black market, with all the attendant problems. End Prohibition and watch the Mexican, Columbian, and Afghani cartels whither on the vine.
I'm confused that you tie the WoD with open borders, though. I'm not sure what your argument is.
Personally, I have no problem with people who come here to do honest work to live the American dream, just like the ancestors of so many native-born Americans did at some point in time.
