"Impact players." Violent criminals responsible for lots and lots of crime over a long period, and KNOWN TO POLICE, the courts and the neighborhood. But still on the loose.
Because the city needs a certain level of crime and violence to justify the crackdown on EVERYONE.
Federal, state and local, they all do that.
Yeah Defender, they talk about doing something against the violent gang members, but they harass the innocent by performing warrantless searches by using building inspectors.
This is no longer the America I knew.
I have often wondered why terms such as "known crackhouse" even exist...
