We're the Only Ones Slideshown Enough

This is probably the best rebuttal tool for VPC's "Concealed Carry Killers" smear campaign I've seen. [Watch]

Yeah, cops are the "Only Ones" we can trust with guns.

Obvious proof that the VPC lies. Apparently, they are quite willing to accept cop-on-citizen violence, while detesting us peons for daring to defend ourselves with a firearm, or any kind of weapon.

Cops are no more trustworthy with a firearm than we are. Actually, I'm beginning to trust them LESS than I do the ordinary citizen. I believe that it takes a certain mindset to be a cop, and too often, the job brings out a great hunger for power over others, regardless of the law. And, the killer cops are too often protected by their fellow cops.


BTW, I couldn't reach the end of that slideshow. How long is it?

My wife's police officer ex-husband came up in conversation again this week. We saw a radar trap, and he used to run one in their own subdivision, ticketing friends and neighbors.
During the divorce -- he had been having affairs, and his police friends (he had no other friends) and their wives knew about it -- he became increasingly violent. He chased her around the dining room table and threw his police radio at her to scare her into signing away the house and everything else. He then dragged her in front of a magistrate who notarized the papers, even as she sat there sobbing, obviously being coerced. He indeed said he would kill her.
He was promoted to detective.
He has no contact with his children or grandchildren, because they don't measure up to his standards.
He is a sociopath.

They all are, Defender. They are also oathbreakers and philosophical if not actual cannibals.
See, chasing real criminals is dangerous, and officer safety is job one. Therefore they only hunt those who are unlikely to protest in a lethal manner.
