A Tale Told By an Idiot

Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. [Read]

This is the guy who's pleased as punch that Breyer used his work in the McDonald dissent.

Get this, egghead:

Shall not be infringed.

Then get this:

We will not disarm. And we will not disaffiliate.

What happens after the government summons the militia is not the issue here.

Charles sounds like a used car dealer who offers a five year or 50,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, and the odometer is already on 49,995.
When five minutes of honest Internet research would turn up the Founders' actual words on the meaning and purpose of "militia" and "well-regulated," and "arms"
and "keep" and "bear," it borders on treason to argue as he does.
If the real sound and fury come, he bears some responsibility. Germany's Weimar Republic, during the golden age between the World Wars, instituted some laws against "crime" and "terrorism" that were very useful to their Nazi successors.
