We're the Only Ones Lighting Up Yor Life Enough

Well, it's gotta be something's fault...

Be interested to see if he gets away with this--that excuse might come in handy some day.  But then again, it may be reserved for more special people than us just plain folks...

Aren't those pressure switches sticky-backed so they can be positioned and repositioned as the user wishes?
A SERGEANT? This is academy washout stuff.
Was his .40 a Glock as well, with the only safety on the trigger, which is like having the brake pedal on the accelerator?

I couldn't find the term NEGLIGENT discharge, suggesting cops are never negligent.

Another thought...

We all know how rare the "one shot kill" is, even at close range.

Now, this cop might just have been lucky - or not - but it sounds suspicious to me, for this and all of the other obvious reasons.

Just an "accident," of course - for which any one of us would serve hard time.
