So just be aware that there are plenty of news accounts out there, just in case you ever need to use the confusion as a defense.

Unless there's a confirmed active sniper or a hostage situation, no law enforcement personnel should be kicking in anybody's doors. Until they end the practice, we should think "home invasion by homicidal maniacs" first and respond accordingly. And not with a golf club.
I am not a criminal, I harbor no criminals.... ANYONE kicking in my door or entering my home in any fashion without my explicit permission will be greeted with sustained and accurate gun fire, until any and all intruders no longer present a danger to me and mine. I will not submit to being a victim because some lowlife has dressed up as a LEO. If an actual LEO shows up at my door, (s)he damn well better be peaceful, respectful and have a warrant.
