They're the Kansas City that has the FBI/HomeSec/Southern Poverty Law Center fusion center and is heavily into quashing "domestic extremists" like the American FAMILY Association, right?
Hard for me to imagine they'd acknowledge that there IS such a thing as "police misconduct." The end seems to always justify the means.

Nother' lil cute tactic going on with cops and firemen is Crash Taxes. Wherein der police show up to police a crash in traffic, or the firepersons probably show up to douse the house fire, they bill you for the use of the cops or the firemen. I'm not kidding.
