Deportation raises questions for Grassley gun investigation

That is curious.  Especially in the absence of information about who decided the Mexican nationals are not accessories (or even material witnesses), and how that was determined. After all, whether they were complicit to the shooting or not, they were illegally present at the scene of a crime in which a law enforcement officer was killed.

No?  [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner report wonders if everybody who needs to has had a chance to ask questions.  Ain't it something that we have to question that?

When they bulldozed the still-hot evidence at Waco and trucked it off to a secure area of a military base, never to be seen again, and most people didn't even notice, and most of the rest said "Eh. They were a cult, so so what?"...
That was the beginning of the end. Well, not the beginning, but certainly a milepost.

Certainly my Congressthings can ignore the elephant in the room even as they trim its toenails. I'm sure they would agree if contacted that "foreign nationals caught in felony behavior should be deported immediately." They HAVE said "our rights must be balanced against the need for national security," so they feel the ATF is doing its job to the best of its ability, and probably needs more manpower and money.
48% of the voters seem to agree with each of them.
