OUTPATIENT.
The reporting requirement is, a minimum of three days of INpatient involuntary committal to a mental health treatment facility. For now.
Expect mission creep. A lot of it. Just as MISDEMEANOR ARRESTS are becoming the standard for firearm prohibition, when a FELONY CONVICTION was once the standard.
Soon, it'll be expanded to applicants for employment. Watch and see. So few jobs, so many applicants. They can be as picky as they want.
