Aaron Pena is a democrat out of Edenburg, Tx. He must be using the same TexMex restaurant and outhouse that Hillary frequents since he poops out almost the same percentage figures.

Whether 0% or 100% of the guns used by criminals in Mexico come from the U.S. is truly irrelevant. That almost 100% of the guns in Mexico that are not held by the government are held by criminals is a significant problem. That a large portion of those held by the government are also being used by criminals (read: government "employees") is an even bigger problem.
