David; So far he's not answered the question...rest assured I'll ask him again...
This is a really good time to read or reread "Unintended Consequences" by Ross, if you have read it before it will mean a lot more than it did, if you haven't read it before its a must.
I can't "rest assured" unless I know who this weasel politician is and see that those he's ignoring are loudly exposing his cowardly abdication of responsibility.
