We're the Only Ones with Rights Enough

"He was a bit out of control," recalled neighbor Beth Redmond. "He just kept saying that he was a police officer and he had the right." [More]
Y'know, he's got a point--at least as far as the courts these days are concerned.

I liked how the news organization decided not to identify the officer. I wonder if they are going to start following this same policy with all future citizens who are accused of crimes?

The un-sub should be charged with (at the least); public intoxication, burglary of an inhabited residence and assault.

And the damned 'news' org needs to id him so the neighbors know what kind of thugs live in the area.

No badge + No uniform = No police officer.

Trust me?

Welcome to Indiana where instead of demanding nullification of the ISC decision that cops can enter, even illegally virtually any time they want or my former schoolmate the Governor issuing an EO rescinding this blatant rape of the 4th Amendment, legislators want the court to rethink its decision as in tone it down.
We're not letting them alone about this and Gov Mitch Daniels who also said he didn't see what the big deal was re no carry in the Statehouse will once again be embarrassed by me for pointing out the obvious fallacies.
