It's heartening to know that the State of Kentucky ALLOWS its subjects to exercise their rights, albeit only in permitted areas, and that the state believes retired prosecutors (members of the elite)should be ALLOWED to carry in order to "protect themselves" (their lives are infinitely more important than yours) just about anywhere.
My Gawd! Doesn't that just give you a warm fuzzy feeling?
