I recently read "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton - The Unreported Stories" by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, published in 1997 by Regency Publishing, ISBN 0-89526-408-0.
Girls with blue dresses were the least of that man's issues, according to this book. Read it and you will better understand some of the points that Mike Vanderboegh makes, as he is mentioned in the book as someone who was tracking some of the activities back then.
