AMY GOODMAN: We want to go to a clip, from the Amnesty International Secret Policeman’s Ball, of Russell Brand.
RUSSELL BRAND: Trade in both bananas and dinosaur bones have international treaties to regulate them.
NOEL FIELDING: Yeah.
RUSSELL BRAND: But not guns. Anyone can sell guns and bullets to dictators who regularly use these arms to kill their own people.
NOEL FIELDING: How many guns have you got on you? Forty-three?
RUSSELL BRAND: And how many bananas? Only two, because it’s regulated.
NOEL FIELDING: Exactly. [More]
Yes,
of course he's that delusional:
Brand is a former heroin and sex addict and a recovering alcoholic.
Pathetic projection from someone with personal control issues, eh wot? It's also pathetic how the popular media encourages elevating and rewarding contemptible reprobates like this.

Yes indeed and this is why we cancelled cable TV in our home and now rely on the internet, radio and books for our information and enjoyment. And we've not missed it one day! Freedom is not having Madison Avenue, LA and NYC in my head! I highly recommend it!
He's carrying forty three guns? DANG! I can't figure out how to carry more than two and a knife. Those weigh me down enough!
But I never carry bananas. Can't stand fruit flies...
This POS is still famously known in the UK for leaving obscene voicemails on the phone of a 78 year old man - Andrew Sachs who played Manuel in Fawlty Towers - and this all took place live and on-air on a BBC radio show!
He subsequently goes onto movie career in Hollywood!
Degenerate is an understatement...
I note that he was deported from Japan because of his extensive criminal record. Why then is he allowed to reside in the US?
