Thankfully, there's still some judges who take their jobs seriously; to wit:

"The petition is so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy," the order says.

Seems that what happened here is that several LE Organizations felt comfortable seizing a citizen, all while pointing fingers at other agencies: "We're just here to support (insert name of organization).

This was bullshit from the start. Methinks that if there was nothing valid in Raub's posts, nothing would have happened, and he'd have been ignored.

However, now folks are likely to review his Facebook posts to find the offending item. It would be interesting to discover the person or persons who were "worried" by his posts.

Probably came from a .gov address.

Well, I'm sure it was just some concerned citizen who flagged his comments to the proper authorities. /s

Just before I clicked on this page I closed my facebook account over this whole situation. I know it matters not where one posts anything on the internet, but facebook seems more likely than other sites to share information with our .gov overlords. Good Riddance!
