We're the Only Ones Getting Off Easy Enough

Two former Richmond police officers who admitted they illegally bought guns for underage employees at an off-duty security company they operated - and then tried to obstruct a federal investigation to cover their tracks - won't have to serve time in prison, a federal judge decided Tuesday. [More]
So can the rest of us get that deal, or is it maybe reserved for a special class of people?

Isn't it funny how the only time they go after one of their own is when it looks like they have something to hide?

Perhaps I missed it. Were they given felonies?
