Nothing will be done. He's one of the special ones. If it had been me, I would still be looking for bail money.

Gun, or magazine, possession is a purely political crime. Easily ignored when done by someone who is politically correct, and easily prosecuted when done by someone who is not. If Wayne had brought that magazine, he wouldn't have made it out of the studio.

That's the URL for the White House petition to press charges against David Gregory.
Normally, when an anti-gun celeb gets caught, I stand up for their RKBA. But this douchebag wasn't exercising his RKBA, he was trying to destroy ours. Burn him.

Agree with Chas. Burn him.

"any chair" and all that ... you know.

The Metropolitan Police Department is in receipt of your e-mail regarding David Gregory segment on "Meet the Press." MPD has received numerous e-mails informing us of the segment. NBC contacted MPD inquiring if they could utilize a high capacity magazine for their segment. NBC was informed that possession of a high capacity magazines is not permissible and their request was denied. This matter is currently being investigated. Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention.

NBC KNEW it would be illegal to procure or be in possession of the mag that Gregory ois waving about in the photo and yet they went ahead anyway...
