When my doctor asked me if I had any guns in my house, I told her that wasn't her business. Then I schooled her in Cooper's four rules of gun safety.

The rule of a gentleman. You don't have to honestly answer a question that doesn't concern the person/Dr./Expert's field. If my doctor asks me that question the answer in "no". It's none of his business especially since the IRS seized 10 million health records recently.

"One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home."

That question is odd as it doesn't actually ask if there are guns in the house. I can honestly say no. Now..does that mean I have no guns in the house? Or does it mean that I'm not worried about unsecured guns in the house? Heck, that doesn't even make the cut of answering whether any guns are secured or not?

What a COMPLETELY useless question.

I carry at the doctor's office. He knows I do so. No need to ask me anything at all.
