Google, Viola Wi. standoff. This has happened before. In this case Richland County, Wi. road work (blasting) ruined the man's well. He refused to pay property taxes until the well was repaired. They came down on him & he shot out the windows on a Bearcat. I think he was 63 at the time. They gave him waht amounted to a life sentence & took his property. All cops suck.
