It is interesting to see the argument concerning private property rights. When used as a polling place, the property becomes a place where the public is invited to attend subject to the laws concerning regulation of polling places. The property owners must accept that they waive the right to refuse access to the property to anyone who legally may be there for the purpose of casting a ballot, an election observer or for working at the polling place.
