Federal law has always been, and remains, that you cannot bring a weapon (of any kind) on federal property for "unlawful purposes", those being male in se things like murder, rape, or robbery. Weapons are not banned by law otherwise no matter what "they" may say, judges included. I expect that judge knows that she has no legal standing, but won't let that stand in her way, at least as far as rhetoric is concerned. I'm interested in what she might do that's actually against federal law, such as Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 13, 241 and 242. Persons violating these laws can receive the death penalty if their actions produce death. The judge should know this as well.
