Gastronomically correct students at an ultra-liberal Ohio college are in an uproar because the cafeteria food isn’t ethnically accurate enough.[More]
For some reason,
this quote comes to mind:
Charlie didn't get much USO. He was dug in too deep or moving too fast. His idea of great R&R was cold rice and a little rat meat.
These whiny ass parasites, who have no clue as to true food choice disconnects, are going to be in for a big surprise when they find all of what they demand has come to pass, and it's them on the menu.

With enough BBQ sauce they'll slide right on down.
Simple solution. .... Bring in "authentic" chefs to cook the food in a different area and charge the going price that an authentic place of business would charge . Cash only of course . But they could get a voucher for the pittance that a food plan would give them, then pay up the rest out of pocket .
ORRR, they can cook their own damn food since they apparently are experts on food prep and "authenticity" .
I'm pretty sure that General Tso's Chicken isn't authentically Chinese regardless of how it's prepared. There was an interesting documentary on Netflix that determined it was originally invented in a Taiwan restaurant after WWII, but was Americanized when a chef in NYC introduced it to the US.
I also can't figure out how an authentic Vietnamese sandwich should be served on a French baguette.
