So far I don't see any "Procurement Awards / Solicitations" for search term "bollard" here, but that may just be my unfamiliarity with navigating the site combined with no time to hone that skill. Ditto, I get no results for "Contract Award Hearings."

Between former Stasi member, Merkel, and the Swede communists, Europe will have a serious struggle.
Eventually, I expect Muslim blood to run in rivers.
We'll see.
DC already did this dance way back in 1999. I was depressed to see that they had turned a physically beautiful city (discounting the traffic) into something resembling the East Berlin checkpoints.
