In this instance.....based on "case law"....which is how our legal system (I did NOT say justice...which only occurs by accident) works, the judge is correct. There are numerous court rulings including SCOTUS rulings to support this opinion. Doesn't change the fact that former Deputy Peterson needs to suck start his Glock for being morally bankrupt and an abject coward. on Thanks for the Tip

That attorney is pretty darn ignorant if he's never read Warren v. D.C., 444 A.2d. 1, D.C. Ct. of Ap. 1981 or Castle Rock v. Gonzales, 545 U.S. 748. Or maybe he has and just did what most attorneys do - take the case and steal his victim's money, knowing they are ignorant of the cases.
