You have to remember, the Coast Guard claims the 4th Amendment requirement of a warrant does not apply to them. They say they have the right to board any boat for a "safety inspection", no matter if the boat is a person's home.
Amazed at all the mainstream stories showing the picture of his "arsenal" (their word). Not even a good day at the range for me!
