Take it from someone that reloads. If criminals can successfully cook crack and meth, creating functioning ammunition would be effortless. Precision ammunition would require a little more finesse.
Wow, the shit in that newspaper is scary. There’s another article from a state politician asking why we allow stores to decide for themselves whether they will choose to sell ammunition. Hell, yes, what’s this liberty thing, let’s go full totalitarian. Of course, this is the same newspaper that out and out demanded that SWAT teams go to the home of every gun owner and enforce the state’s new confiscation laws, to make them happy. It’s a good thing they don’t allow comments on any of their pages, of their server farm might cause Hartford to capsize.
